march 2021 — present

i started at Tokyo Aleworks in march of 2021. initially joining as the manager of the original location in the itabashi area, i have since become the tokyo area manager for both current locations and future locations. we pulled through a very rough season of covid and all the restrictions “lockdowns” entail.

i am quite proud of the work we have done at TAW, the food menu had been completely overhauled with the help of my extremely talented chef and the helpful front and back of house team.
